OrangeHRM Corporate Branding allows you to customize your OrangeHRM system with your organization's colors, company logo and banners. This is available as an add-on feature that needs to be separately purchased.
How to install Corporate Branding
Log into OrangeHRM and go to Marketplace.
Click on Request in order to make a purchase request.
If you’re accessing the system as an ESS user, you will not be able to make a request to purchase this add-on and hence the Request button shall be displayed as disabled. However, If you wish to purchase this feature, please contact your system administrator and they will be able to make the request on behalf of you.
You will need to fill out your email address, contact number and organization name in order to submit your request. Click “OK” when all fields are completed.
If your system does not meet the prerequisites that require to accommodate Corporate Branding (eg: ionCube Loader), they will be indicated below in this form. Contact your system administrator to fulfil these requirements.
Make sure you receive a confirmation email once you make the request. A representative from our finance team will get in touch with you within the next 48 hours and personally guide you through the purchase process.
Once you successfully complete the payment process, you can install the add-on via the Marketplace page.
After the successful installation, you will be able to access the Corporate Branding feature via Admin - Corporate Branding.
How to change theme colours and images via Corporate Branding
This feature is available only to admin users. All components that facilitate colour changing have been grouped into 4 main categories thus making it easy for users to change the colours.

To change the colour, click on the colour picker dropdown menu. You can select a colour by selecting the shade or typing the hex number of the colour. Click “Choose” to confirm and you will be shown a preview of how the system will look with the colour change.
You can also select to upload your company logo and banner via the Clent logo and Logo banner fields. When published, the company logo will appear in the header area which can be seen once logged in to the system. Logo banner shall appear on the login page. Make sure the company logo that you wish to display is in the size of 300x60 pixels and the logo banner is 1024x180 pixels in size before you upload it.
To Confirm your theme changes, click “Publish” and the changes will be visible to all users that are using the system. If you want to revert back to the default theme colours and images, click “Reset to Default”.
